Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. One code per person/email address. Limited to the first 500 signups on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Free Digital Story

Each qualifying participant receives one (1) free digital personalised storybook via the Once Upon a Me mobile app. The free story code expires 90 days from the date of issue. There is no cash alternative.

The code is non-transferable and not combinable with any other offer. Redemption requires downloading the Once Upon a Me app and creating an account.

3. Physical Book Discount

Upon successful creation of a free digital story, participants automatically receive a 15% discount code for one (1) printed hardcover book order. This discount code expires 30 days from the date of issue.

The physical book discount is not combinable with multi-order bulk discounts. Shipping charges still apply. The discount applies to the book price only.

4. Promo Codes

Promo codes are single-use and unique to each participant. Codes cannot be sold, traded, or transferred. Once Upon a Me reserves the right to void any code suspected of fraudulent use.

5. Data & Privacy

Personal data collected during this promotion is stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Email addresses may be used for promotional communications related to Once Upon a Me. You can unsubscribe at any time.

6. General

The Promoter reserves the right to end this promotion early, modify these terms, or void codes at its discretion. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
