Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. About These Terms

These terms apply to promotional and discount codes issued by Once Upon a Me, alongside our Terms & Conditions. Where a specific offer states its own details (for example the discount amount, the products it applies to, or an expiry date), those details apply to that offer together with these terms.

The promoter of all Once Upon a Me promotions is The Dream Management Group FZE LLC, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (the “Promoter”, “we”).

2. Eligibility & Redemption

Promotional codes are intended for parents and legal guardians aged 18 or over. Unless an offer states otherwise, redeeming a code requires a Once Upon a Me account.

We issue codes through campaigns that change from time to time. These currently include codes for members of our waitlist (a percentage discount, which can sometimes be increased by completing a short survey), thank-you codes offered after leaving a review, and codes shared with press and creators. The discount amount, the products it applies to, and the validity period are always stated where the code is issued.

3. Using Promo Codes

Unless stated otherwise with a specific offer, each code can be redeemed once: codes issued to you personally can be used one time, and shared campaign codes can be redeemed once per account.

Codes cannot be sold, traded, or transferred, and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative.

Codes may carry an expiry date. Where they do, the validity period is shown when the code is issued. Expired codes cannot be redeemed or reissued. We reserve the right to void any code we reasonably suspect of fraudulent or improper use.

4. Discounts & Combining Offers

Only one promotional code can be applied to an order, and percentage discounts cannot be combined. If an order already qualifies for a multi-book discount, an applied promo code replaces that discount rather than stacking with it.

A promotional discount applies to the price of the qualifying product only. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes still apply, unless the offer states otherwise.

5. Data & Privacy

Personal data collected when you claim or redeem a promotional code is stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Email addresses may be used for promotional communications related to Once Upon a Me. You can unsubscribe at any time.

6. General

The Promoter reserves the right to end any promotion early, modify these terms, or void codes at its discretion. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, in line with the governing-law and jurisdiction provisions of our Terms & Conditions.
